Agent Blast Radius in Terminal

Run the scan yourself, or let any agent with a shell run it. No install needed with npx.

What you need

• macOS or Linux (ARM64 or AMD64)
• Node.js 22 or newer on your PATH (nodejs.org; the installer puts it where desktop apps can find it) for npx (not needed for Homebrew, the installer or a binary)

Install

1. Run it with npx

   Downloads and verifies the binary on first run, then scans offline.

   npx -y @kloudle/agent-blast-radius@0.3.0

   Copy

2. Or install with Homebrew

   brew install makash/tap/blast

   Copy

3. Or use the installer

   Downloads the binary, checks it against the release SHA256SUMS and installs to ~/.local/bin. No sudo.

   curl -fsSL https://abr.kloudle.dev/install.sh | sh

   Copy

4. Or download a binary

   From GitHub releases; verify it against SHA256SUMS, chmod +x and run.

Check it works

1. Print the version

   blast --version

Try it

Paste into Terminal:

Run the Agent Blast Radius scan on this machine and show me the headline counts, then make the share card.

The scan is offline and read-only. It reports credential types, locations and fingerprints, never values.

Check which keys are live

Paid, optional: $0.10 USDC per check on Algorand with your own wallet. Run npx -y @kloudle/agent-blast-radius@0.3.0 verify --open: it opens the pay page (Pera, Defly or Lute) and waits, then runs the checks.

Uninstall

1. Homebrew

   brew uninstall blast

Troubleshooting

“cache directories must be owned by you…”

Upgrade to 0.3.0, which accepts the Debian/Ubuntu 775 default. Otherwise check ls -ld ~ ~/.cache.

macOS blocks the binary

Release binaries aren't notarized. Use npx, Homebrew or the installer, or allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
