Agent Blast Radius in Cline

Add blast in Cline's MCP settings, plus an optional rule.

What you need

• macOS or Linux (ARM64 or AMD64)
• Node.js 22 or newer on your PATH (nodejs.org; the installer puts it where desktop apps can find it)
• Cline (VS Code extension)

Install

1. Open Cline's MCP settings

   Cline panel → MCP Servers → Installed → Configure MCP Servers. It opens cline_mcp_settings.json.

2. Add the server

3. Optional: add the rule

   Save blast.md to .clinerules/.

Check it works

1. MCP Servers tab

   blast is green with 6 tools.

Try it

Paste into Cline:

Run the Agent Blast Radius scan on this machine and show me the headline counts, then make the share card.

The scan is offline and read-only. It reports credential types, locations and fingerprints, never values.

Uninstall

1. Remove the server

   Delete the blast entry from cline_mcp_settings.json.
