Agent Blast Radius in Cursor

One click adds the blast MCP server to Cursor. A rule file teaches the agent when to use it.

What you need

Install

  1. Click Add to Cursor

    Approve the install in Cursor. It adds the server to your MCP settings.

  2. Optional: add the rule

    Save blast.mdc to .cursor/rules/ in your project.

Alternative: Edit ~/.cursor/mcp.json

  1. Add the server

    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "blast": {
          "command": "npx",
          "args": [
            "-y",
            "@kloudle/agent-blast-radius@0.3.0",
            "mcp"
          ]
        }
      }
    }

Check it works

  1. Settings → MCP

    blast is enabled and lists 6 tools. A red dot usually means Cursor can't find npx.

Try it

Paste into Cursor:

Run the Agent Blast Radius scan on this machine and show me the headline counts, then make the share card.

The scan is offline and read-only. It reports credential types, locations and fingerprints, never values.

Check which keys are live

Paid, optional: $0.10 USDC per check on Algorand with your own wallet. Add GoPlausible's algorand-mcp next to blast so the agent can pay, or pay in the browser.

Check which of my credentials are live with paid verification. Tell me the price and the code before paying.

Uninstall

  1. Remove the server

    Settings → MCP → blast → Delete, or remove it from ~/.cursor/mcp.json.

Troubleshooting

“spawn npx ENOENT”
Cursor started from the Dock doesn't see Node installed only in your shell (nvm, mise…). Install Node from nodejs.org, or set the full path to npx in command.
